Prices on this website do not include delivery. Delivery will be calculated during the checkout process BEFORE you are asked to pay. We are happy to arrange a quote for delivery if you are outside our standard delivery area – just ask us! Artificial Grass Online uses external carriers for its delivery service. Deliveries are by 1 person and they are not capable of lifting or moving grass once rolled off side of truck on driveway or other areas that are accessible by truck. Customer assistance required for unloading in most cases. No set times for delivery is possible unless at additional charges.
Warehouse Collection Procedures
- Artificial grass rolls are approximately 3.9 metres long and are supplied securely wrapped.
- Rolls must be transported laying flat to avoid creasing or damage during transit.
- Please make sure your vehicle is suitable for carrying long, heavy rolls safely.
- A forklift is available on site to assist with loading your vehicle.
- Roof racks are acceptable; however, due to insurance requirements, rolls over 190kg cannot be loaded onto roof racks.
- Customers are responsible for securing and tying down their own load before leaving the warehouse.
- Staff are unable to assist with tying down or securing loads.

AGO is happy to accept returns if you change your mind. Freight cost back to depot of origin in this case is the responsibility of the customer. A 25% re-stocking fee applies to all returns.
A full refund (less freight) is offered on faulty product or if we deliver the incorrect product.
